..Petitioners Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant a Succession Certificate to the Petitioners with power to collect the debts and to receive the interest specified in the schedule in the petition. This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ The petitioners seek issuance of Succession Certificate

in respect of the securities that stood in the name of late Mr.V.Mahadevan who died intestate on 12.06.2013. The petitioners are the wife and children of the deceased.

2. The 4th petitioner has examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificate of late V.Mahadeven as Exs.P1 and the legal heirship certificate as Ex.P2. Necessary Publication has been made and no objection has been received.

3. A perusal of Ex.P2 would show that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased V.Mahadeven.

4. Considering the said evidence, this Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioners. s Sd/.R.S.M.J 06.08.2019 //Certified to be a true copy// Dated this the day of 2019.
