This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the contempt of order of this Court made in O.A.No.1167 of 2015 in C.S.No.866 of 2015 dated 07.12.2015.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent is no longer carrying on with the business and hence stated that this contempt petition can be closed.
