Prayer in both the revisions: These Criminal Revisions filed under Section 397 read with 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure against judgments of conviction dated 24.01.2013 made in C.A.Nos.50 & 51 of 2012 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, confirming the judgments of conviction dated 23.07.2012 made in S.T.C.Nos.24 & 32 of 2011 respectively by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Hosur.

For Petitioner : Mr.J.C.Durairaj - No Appearance in both the revisions For Respondent : Mr.L.Rajasekar, in both the revisions COMMON ORDER When these criminal revision were taken up for hearing on 06.09.2018, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought adjournment and hence the matter was directed to be listed on 03.10.2018 under the caption "for disposal". On 03.10.2018, when the matter was called, once again the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought adjournment and hence the matter was directed to be listed on 09.10.2018 under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Today, i.e. 09.10.2018, when the matter is called for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent is present. Even though, these revisions are pending from the year 2013 and this Court has given sufficient opportunities to conduct the case, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not present to argue the matter on merits. Hence this Court is inclined to dismiss these criminal revisions for non prosecution. Accordingly, these criminal revisions are dismissed for non prosecution.
