ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 07.10.2013 and made in Crl.O.P.No.25608 of 2013.

2.Learned counsel for petitioner present. The SubInspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Villupuram present.

3.Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Advocate.

4.Now that the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarapuram and learned counsel for petitioner is also not interested in precipitating the matter further and there is some delay in complying the Court order and it has been explained that it involves collection of documents, obtaining of expert opinion and it has been submitted that so far the Sub Inspector of Police has not come under any adverse remarks and he has also assured that hereafter he will be very careful in Court matters, considering all the above aspects and submission of Sub Inspector of Police, this contempt petition is closed.
