Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to implement the benefits of revision and refixation of pay of the petitioners herein on par with their juniors in the light of the judgement dated 13.09.2010 in W.P.Nos.9527 and 9528 of 2006, and lines of the order issued by the Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore City in any by his Proceedings No.CPO.1545/2011 C.No.Y3/22027/2011 dated 08.10.2011 and to grant all consequential monetary benefits and to revise their retirement and pensionary benefits with all consequential benefits. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents herein to implement the benefits of revision and re-fixation of pay of the petitioners herein on par with their juniors in the light of the judgement dated 13.09.2010 in W.P.Nos.9527 and 9528 of 2006, and lines of the order issued by the Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore City in any by his Proceedings No.CPO.1545/2011 C.No.Y3/22027/2011 dated 08.10.2011

and to grant all consequential monetary benefits and to revise their retirement and pensionary benefits with all consequential benefits.

2. The issue in this Writ Petition has already been decided by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be considered.
