2.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the revision petition, dated 13.08.2014, filed under Section 153 of the Cooperative Societies Act, against the order of dismissal, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. However, there is no order as to costs.
