J U D G M E N T
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Today, when the matter is listed for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the order dated 11.01.2019 passed by this Court in W.A.No.2759 of 2018 is complied with.
2. The learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by the learned Additional Government Pleader also reiterated the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant. To that effect, compliance affidavit filed by the respondent also placed before this Court.
3. In the compliance affidavit dated 19.04.2023 at paragraph No.5, it is stated that obliging to the order in W.A.No.2759 of 2018 dated 11.01.2019, necessary endorsement in C.No.A2/4500/2017, dated 13.04.2023, informing to the petitioner that the petitioner will be appointed as Gr.II.PC and he will be sent for basic institutional training along with the next batch candidates, was served to him as per instructions of the Director General of Police in Memorandum in Rc.No.177592/Rect.1(2)/2019, dated
12.04.2023 and he has acknowledged it on 14.04.2023. Inview of the the compliance affidavit and also the submission made by the counsel for the parties, this Contempt petition is closed. (D.K.K.J.) (K.G.T.J.) 20.04.2023 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No mst
