ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition set forth in Paragraph 5 of the order passed by this Court on 05.01.2026 in Crl.M.P. No. 24852 of 2025 in Crl.O.P. No. 33691 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is unable to mobilize the substantial sum of Rs. 75,000/- and, therefore, seeks a modification of the said condition.

3. This Court finds that the reasons stated by the petitioner for the modification of the condition are not satisfactory; hence, I am not inclined to grant the relief.
