ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to cancel the interim bail granted to the 2nd respondent by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18442 of 2024 dated 31.07.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has granted interim bail to the second respondent with the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the credit of crime No. 8 of 2024 within a period of two weeks but till date he has not deposited the said amount and not cooperate for the investigation. Hence, he prays to cancel the interim bail granted to the
second respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side ) admits that the second respondent has not complied with the conditions.
4. Despite issuing notice, none appeared for the second respondent.
5. The fact that the second respondent has not complied with conditions imposed by this court in Crl.O.P No. 18442 of 2024, dated 31.07.2024 which shows that the second respondent is not ready to cooperate for the investigation. Hence, the interim bail granted to the second respondents Crl.O.P No. 18442 of 2024, dated 31.07.2024 is hereby cancelled.
