O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the 1st respondent from in any manner adjudicating the matrimonial dispute between the 3rd petitioner and the 2nd respondent or under the guise of enquiry or forced mediation and in any manner whatsoever harassing the petitioners.

2. It is seen that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and husband of the 2nd respondent herein. There is a matrimonial dispute between the petitioners and the 2nd respondent herein. The 1st respondent has no role to play in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

matrimonial dispute between them. However, if any cognizable offence is made out as against the petitioners, 1st respondent police is at liberty to take appropriate action as against the petitioners here in.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No Costs.
