Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 2 to 8 and its members or any other contract workmen from proceeding with the illegal strike and indulging in any mode of agitation either within or at the Gates, or in the vicinity of the installations of the petitioner corporation, which disrupts or has the potential to disrupt the mining and generation activities or preventing by threats, intimidation or otherwise, free ingress and egress to the willing workers/ officers / executives of the petitioner corporation, a public utility service, for attending to their work/ shit / duty or otherwise. ORDER

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition in view of the 12 (3) settlement entered between the contractual employers and Trade Unions. 4 / 6
