W.P.No.7439 of 2021 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue Sale Certificate in respect of immovable property situated at Sy.No.1, New Sy.No.1/2, Akkalapuram, Kothepettah Village, adjacent to Krishnagiri Collector Office, New Tollgate & NH 7 Road, Krishnagiri Union Taluk & District with auction date as 30.12.2020 measuring Acre 1.60 cents in favour of the petitioners and handover the original title deeds along with physical possession of the said immovable property to the petitioners.
W.P.No.7442 of 2021 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue Sale Certificate in respect of immovable property measuring Acres 0.98 cents situated at Sy.No.16, New Sy.No.16/8, Akkalapuram, Kothepettah Village, Krishnagiri Taluk & District in favour of the petitioners and handover the original title deeds along with physical possession of the said immovable property to the petitioners. W.P.No.7450 of 2021 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue Sale Certificate in respect of immovable property situated at SDS No.308/2, Sy.No.309, New SDS No.309/2, Thandarai Village, Denkanikotta to Hosur Highway Road, Opp. Manam Fruit Company, Denkanikotta Taluk, Krishnagiri District mesuring Acres 2.15 cents in favour of the petitioner and handover the original title deeds along with physical possession of the said immovable property to the petitioner. ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Since the petitioning auction-purchaser in each case confirms that sales certificates have been issued by the secured
creditor, the matters have come to an end. The petitioners do not wish to proceed any further upon having received the sales certificates.
W.P.Nos.7434, 7439, 7442 and 7450 of 2021 are disposed of, by recording that the sales certificates have been received by the petitioner in each case. There will be no order as to costs.
