O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to take over the charge, administration of the Tamil Nadu Kammavar Mahajana Sangam registered under S.No.251/82 with the office of the 1st respondent and to conduct election in accordance to the bye-law to invest the office bearers for the purpose of future course of administration.

2.Mr.V.Manohar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a representation to the 1st respondent on 06.03.2017 for conducting the elections. However, the 1st respondent has not passed any orders in his representation yet. 3.Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2017 and pass orders, after giving notice to the respondents 3 & 4 in accordance with law within a time frame.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the

petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation 06.03.2017 and pass orders, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the respondents 3 & 4, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
