ORDER

When the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced the Government Order passed in G.O.(2D) No.64, Energy (B2) Department, Dated 24.08.2015, in which, a final order was passed removing the petitioner from service and not allowing him to retire on 30.09.2012 for the charges held proved against him.

In view of the same, the contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order passed by the respondent in the manner known to law, if so aggrieved.
