Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to orders in (1) G.O.Ms.No.241, Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 22.07.2013 of the first respondent to the limited extent of giving retrospective effect to the said order from 01.04.2013

(2) Letter No.2112/CMPC/2015-1, Finance (CMPC)Department dated 05.03.2015, to the limited extent of direction in para 3 for refixation of pay in the minimum of pay Band for Junior Assistants/Typists and recovery of excess pay from 23.07.2013 and (3) Pro.Na.Ka.No.4143/2016/NI.5-1 dated 11.03.2016 up the third Respondent, to quash the same and to issue consequential directions to the third Respondent to refund with interest the amount recovered if any, from the pay of the petitioner.
