Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere in the industrial dispute and not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and investigation on the complaint dated 13.03.2018 of the defacto complainant.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to interfere in the industrial dispute and not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and investigation on the complaint dated 13.03.2018 of the defacto complainant. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that there was labour unrest in the factory of the petitioners and the matter has been referred to the Authorities under the Industrial Disputes Act. While so, one of the workers has given a complaint against the petitioners, pursuant to which, a petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.136 of 2018 and the same has been closed on 10.04.2018.
Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondents police not to interfere in the labour disputes, unless there is any law and order issue.
