This Criminal Revision filed under Section 397 read with 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure to call for the entire records in so far relates to order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Hosur in S.T.C.No.68 of 2011 dated 10.11.2011. The above said judgment was confirmed by the Appellate Court of Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri District in C.A. No.71 of 2011 dated 11.10.2012 and to set aside the same.
