O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to accept the Release Deed dated 24.01.2025 executed in favour of the petitioner.

2.Heard Mr.T.V.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.R.Sasikumar, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents.

3.The sister of the petitioner wanted to release her share in the property in favour of the petitioner and accordingly executed a Release Deed dated 24.01.2025. The online application was made and the token was also generated. In spite of the same, the 2nd respondent neither registered the Release Deed nor issued the refusal Check Slip. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to act upon the Release Deed submitted for registration by the petitioner and register the same, if it is otherwise in order. It is made clear that the 2nd respondent will not insist for 2/4

original title document and if the original title document has been lost, a recital shall be added in the Release Deed itself and the same shall be acted upon by the 2nd respondent. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
