ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for direction to the Respondents to IRT Contributions, to pay the petitioner difference in pension for the period of May 2024 to July 2025 to pay the difference in arrears in dearness allowance for the period of February 2018 to April 2024, to pay difference in Surrendered Earned Leave wages together with interest at the rate of 12 percent per annum to pay the petitioner interest at the rate of 12 percent per annum for the belated payment of Rs.23,03,709/-towards PF and for the belated payment of Rs.3,79,229/- towards Earned leave/ Medical leave salary, within a specified time frame, as may be fixed by this court

2. Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the limited request sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.
