Prayer: Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court's Act, to punish the respondents herein for contempt in respect of the order dated 08.07.2013 passed in W.P.No.21357 of 2011. O R D E R

The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for contempt in respect of the order dated 08.07.2013 passed in W.P.No.21357 of 2011.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners brought to the notice of this Court that the connected issues are subjudiced before the Apex Court of India. An interim order of 'status quo' also has been granted.

3. That apart, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that Review Petitions are filed.

4. In view of the facts and circumstances, the contempt petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to re-open the contempt petition, if it is required, after the disposal of the case pending before the Apex Court of India. No costs.
