ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2019 in respect to petitioner's online passport application No.MA1071976863319 and direct the respondent to reissue a new passport within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the passport was issued to the petitioner on 16.03.2020.

3.In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication herein. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
