JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr.P.S.Sivashnamugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

This writ appeal is filed by the writ petitioner challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing the writ petition filed seeking for a direction to consider her application for the post of Post Graduate Assistants/Physical Education Directors, Grade-I for Tamil Nadu https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Higher Secondary Education Service.
3. It appears that the appellant after passing the SSLC in April 1991 passed the XII standard in March 1992 as a private candidate. It is relevant to note that in para 5 of the order, the learned Single Judge has observed as under:- "I fully agree with the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent. The reason is that the Prospectus clearly mentions that the candidates should possess M.A./M.Sc/M.Com in the relevant subject with B.Ed., in 10+2+3+2+1 or 10+3+3+2+1 pattern and the petitioner is admittedly having 10+1. Hence, his application cannot be entertained, as he was ineligible."
4. The above factual position is not disputed by the appellant. Therefore, it is clear that the appellant does not possess the qualification prescribed by the respondent and therefore, he was found ineligible. In the circumstances, nothing survives for consideration. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs.
