According to the petitioner, she is the owner of the house situated at No.19, Anna Nagar Road, Manavalanagar, Thiruvallur Taluk and District. There are three electrical wires running over the said house without power supply and also an electrical post supporting the said wires, which are in damaged condition.

Stating that the same are causing huge disturbance to the petitioner and her family, she submitted a representation dated 21.11.2019 to the respondents requesting to remove the said electrical wires and post. Since no action was taken on the same, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition, seeking appropriate direction to the first respondent in this regard.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, Mr.P.Gunaraj, learned standing counsel taking notice for the respondents fairly submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 21.11.2019 is under active consideration and an appropriate order would be passed within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned standing counsel for the respondents, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2019, after giving due opportunity to the Parties, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, indicating the payment to be effected, if any, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the petitioner shall act upon accordingly. 4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
