Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.213 by surveying and sub-dividing the petitioner's land in Survey No.38/2010 in Nerigam Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, within a time frame.

Heard Mr.Sai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the second respondent to pass orders on his representation dated 10.08.213 by surveying and sub-dividing his land in Survey No.38/2010 in Nerigam Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

3. It appears that a portion of the property is owned by one Nanjamma. The said person has not been impleaded as party in this writ petition. However, a representation is pending with the second respondent in this regard and the Sub-Collector/second respondent by his proceedings dated 28.12.2012 has directed the fourth respondent to submit a report.

4. In the light of the said direction of the second respondent, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, there will be a direction to the fourth respondent to comply with the directions issued by the second respondent, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as Nanjamma and submit appropriate report in accordance with law to the second respondent as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
