The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the 3rd respondent to issue hall ticket to the petitioner and permit him to write the final semester examinations conducted by the Directorate of Technical Examination.
2. Learned counsel for the 3rd respondent would submit that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition, in view of expiry of the time prescribed for writing the examination.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
