This petition is filed to condone the delay of 3 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Dr.Vandana Parvez, partyin-person and Ms.Varsha K. Sukumar, learned counsel for the first respondent/caveator. Despite notice having been served upon respondents 2 to 8, there is no representation before this Court.

Since the delay is only 3 days in filing the appeal and having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 3 days in filing the appeal is condoned and the petition stands ordered.
