This miscellaneous petition has been filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the order dated 17.04.2024 passed in C.No.280 of 2021.

Perusing the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, this miscellaneous petition is ordered on condition that the certified copy of the order shall be produced as and when it is made ready.

The petitioner, who appears in person, submits that there is a delay in filing the CMSA, for which, separate petition has been already filed.

If so, Registry is directed to number the same and post for hearing immediately, if the papers are otherwise in order.
