ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2015, submitted for widening and completing the laying of the Namasivayam-Nagakuppam Panchayat Road, by cancelling the Patta bearing No.181, have been illegally issued in favour of the respondents 5 and 6, in respect of S.No.153/6, 153/8 and 153/9 of Thenchettiyanthal Village, Chinna Salem Taluk, Villupuram District. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted

that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, since the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2015 has already been considered and an order has been passed. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication. 3.
