ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 149 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the order dated 12.06.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2054 of 2024 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri.
2. The respondent-Police has not filed the counter.
3. Though the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit is not satisfied, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, delay is condoned.
