PRAYER: The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution, to set aside the Fair & Decretal Order dated 22.10.2021 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.25 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsiff Court, Madurantagam. For Petitioner :

The defendant/revision petitioner challenges an order passed by the learned trial Judge permitting the plaintiff to file his reply statement to the written statement of the defendant Vide order dated 22.10.2021 in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.25 of 2010. 2.The only allegation of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner is that the reply statement was filed some 5 years after the filing of the written statement.
3.This Court however, understands that the trial of the case has not yet commenced.

4.This Court does not find any merit to interfere with the order dated 22.10.2021 in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.25 of 2016 of the District Munsif Court, Madurantagam and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
