This Writ Petition has been filed for forbearing the respondents from interfering with the day to day official work of the petitioner as Panchayat Secretary of the second respondent Panchayat against the Government order and the regulation framed by way of letter No.40006/E5/2011 dated 20.11.2001.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
