2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 20.01.2026, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vellore District, Vellore - 9.
3. Accordingly, the time for the disposal of the case in Spl.CC.No.1 of 2004, pending on the file of the learned Special Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Vellore, is hereby extended by six months from today. 24-02-2026 RAP Note to office:- The Special Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Vellore may be apprised of the extension of time forthwith.
