Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider the request of the petitioner association dated 3.2.2017 and drop from proceedings further with the commencement of the petrol outlet at S.No.80/2B Arigalapadi Village near by the Thakkolam railway station.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the request of the petitioner association dated 03.02.2017 and drop proceeding further with the commencement of the petrol outlet at S.No.80/2B Arigalapadi Village near by the Thakkolam railway station.

2. After notice, the matter is taken up for further hearing today.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent submitted that already no objection certificate has been issued by the District Revenue Officer to the 4th respondent to establish such outlet through proceedings dated 27.03.2017. Therefore, he submitted that the petitioner is not entitled to maintain the present writ petition.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the said order dated 27.03.2017 issued by the District Revenue Officer.

5. Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
