When the matter was taken up hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner died. Even then, the legal representatives failed to take any steps to substitute themselves in the place of the deceased petitioner.

2. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. However, the legal representatives of the deceased are at liberty to file a substitute petition to restore this Writ Petition. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs. 25.10.2025 Index:Yes/No kv 2/4
