ORDER

The present Criminal Revision has been filed against the order dated 05.01.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.115 of 2017 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Hosur, allowing the petitioner's application filed under Section 311 Cr.P.C on payment of costs of Rs.500/-.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay the said costs.

3. In the above circumstances, the Court below is directed to receive the costs and permit the petitioner to cross examine P.W.1. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
