ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petition for anticipatory bail in Crime No.43 of 2017 for alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 4 of TNPPDL Act.

2. Heard both sides.

3. In Kancheepuram District, in Uthiramerur Taluk, in Salavakkam, near a School, there was a road accident. In this accident, a lorry is involved. The lorry ran over a school girl. The lorry driver escaped. The lorry was abandoned. A violent mob consisting of relatives and known persons of the deceased girl came in an agitated mood and set fire to the lorry. They demonstrated their ire, anger on the lorry in connection with the unexpected death of a young girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that co-accused were already granted anticipatory bail by order dated 24.02.2017 in Crl.OP No.3421 of 2017.

5. In the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant them anticipatory bail.

6. Ordered as under:- (i) Anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners;

(ii) Petitioners shall surrender before the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Uthiramerur, within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order;

(iii) Petitioners shall execute a separate bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;

(iv) Petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
