This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10:30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.23953 of 2024 dated 30.09.2024. SUNDER MOHAN, J.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10:30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.23953 of 2024 dated 30.09.2024 is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 14.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police PEW Kottakuppam Police Station, Vilupuram District.
