This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to substitute the Petitioner in the place of deceased 13th Respondent Mr.Srinivasa Raghavan @ K.R.Raghu in the W.P.No.19814 of 2018.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and post the Writ Petition after a week commencing 09.10.2023.
