ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 20.01.2023 and the subsequent representations made by the petitioner on 27.07.2023 and 25.10.2023 and to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner and others with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.G.Abraham Prabhu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner and to conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
