This Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to give police protection to the petitioner to fence her land in S.No.176/1A to an extent of 2.35 1⁄4 Acres situated at Gangavalli Village, Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District by considering her representation dated 05.02.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that if the petitioner fixes a date along with the Tahsildar, Village Administrative Officer, after giving notice to the adjacent land owners and informs the same to Respondents 1 & 2, the Respondent Police will provide adquate police protection. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
