The respondent has passed an order under Section 133 of the Criminal Procedure Code to remove the prawn culture farm run by the petitioner. In the said order, the petitioner was given time to remove the prawn culture farm on or before 17.03.2016. Challenging the said order, they have filed Crl.R.C.No.441 of 2016, wherein by an order dated 15.03.2016, the time for stop the activities and remove the prawn culture farm has been extended to 12.06.2016. However, the respondent has proceeded to evict the petitioner on 22.03.2016 and hence, this contempt petition has been filed. 2/4

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Without going to the merits of the case, it is open to the petitioner to take civil remedy by way of claiming damages if any if he is so advised.
