2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government counsel appearing for the respondents that the order of this Court has been complied with. In support of the same, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings in e/f/vz;/,1-005-2020. ehs; 06/08/2020 passed by the 2nd respondent.

3. The aforesaid submission has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
