It is stated that the petitioner has been arrested in FIR in Crime No.130 of 2024 which effectively means that in this present case, FIR in Crime No.949 of 2023, there is every possibility petitioner's formal arrest being effected.

2.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
