This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.69 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.16486 of 2024 dated 07.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
