The civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to set aside the dismissal order dated 23.01.2020, passed by this Court, dismissing the above S.A.No.2134 of 2001 for non prosecution and to restore the same.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing the petition.

3. Being satisfied with reasons cited in the affidavit in support of the petition and in view of the "no objection" submission by the respondents counsel, the petition is ordered and the second appeal S.A.No.2134 of 2001 is restored to file.
