ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 24.08.2018 in W.P.No.20758 of 2018 directed the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner for regularization and approval of lay out in respect of plot No.12-A at Jaya https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Cont. P.No.418 of 2021 Nagar, Anagaputhur Village, within a period of 12 weeks. Since the order has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the Government has passed an order in favour of the petitioner and the petitioner was also directed to pay some amount towards land value.

3. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed, as no further adjudication is required in this petition. However, the respondent is directed to serve copy of the order to the petitioner, immediately.
