O R D E R

(Made by G.Jayachandran,J) The petitioner has come up with this writ petition challenging the proceedings of the respondent in ROC No.6 of 2012, Con-Estt-II dated 01.4.2013.

2. The statute provides for appeal or review under Rule 18 of the Madras High Court Service Rules, 2015. Without exhausting that remedy, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The petitioner is, therefore, permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to explore the alternative remedy available under the statute. Any delay caused due to approaching this Court shall be condoned.
