This petition has been filed seeking to amend the Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 115(1), 117(2), 324(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, r/w Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 1998 instead of 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 115(2), 117(2), 324(4) of BNS 2023 r/w Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 1998 in Crime NO.3 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1284 of 2025 dated 17.01.2025. 2.

In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.1284 of 2025 dated 17.01.2025 and issue fresh order copy.
