It is stated that the petitioners are shown as absconding accused in P.R.C.No. 4 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarapuram.

2. In view of the same, this petition stands dismissed, however, the petitioner can take advantage of Rules 22, 24 of Criminal Rules of Practice and Form 74.
