O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No.8304/2016 Ma Va dated 02.07.2019 and consequently direct the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service.

2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent filed a counter statement, wherein it brought to knowledge that the domestic enquiry was conducted against the petitioner and on proof of all the charges, after following due procedure, petitioner was dismissed from service vide order dated 09.06.2022 and therefore nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

3. In result, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the final order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
